Processing - Order has been approved and we are attempting to fill your order.
Awaiting Tracking - Your order has been sent to the warehouse for shipping.
Shipped - Your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided.
Pending - Once you have made a payment with your credit card (Visa and Master card) or with Paypal, your order is placed in Pending Status. Someone from nikeshoxsell.com will review your order and verify that your credit card information is valid and that the shipping address you provided matches the address that the credit card statements are sent to. Once your order has been verified by someone at nikeshoxsell.com your order will be elevated to the next status. This process takes 1-2 business days.
Processing - Your order has now been approved and we will now attempt to fill your order. This process can take 1-2 business days to complete. Once we have filled your order, the status will be elevated again.
Awaiting Tracking - we have processed the batch of orders that yours was in and sent it to the warehouse for shipping. The warehouse then replies to us with the tracking information and once we receive that we will update the status of your order to "Shipped".
Shipped - At this point your order has been shipped and you have been provided with a tracking number. If you are located in the United States you can track your package at www.EMS.com.cn If you are located elsewhere, then it is your country's national courier. Shipping can take up to 7-12 business days to arrive. However normally shipping to western europe and north american addresses is much quicker.
Return & Exchange
We offers a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your delivery date if the following conditions are met:
1. Returned items must be completely new in saleable condition.
BEFORE WEARING YOUR SHOES OUTSIDE, PLEASE TAKE A FEW MINUTES TO TRY THEM ON A CARPETED SURFACE. Trying your shoes on a carpeted surface will ensure that we can provide a refund or exchange in the event that you are not satisfied.
We WILL NOT accept returns and/or exchanges if there is evidence that the shoes have been worn outdoors. nikeshoxsell.com reserves the right to refuse any return and/or exchange that does not meet the conditions stated herein.
2. The original shoebox and accessories must be returned with the shoes in new and saleable condition.
PLEASE PACK THE SHOES, SHOEBOX, AND ANY ACCESSORIES INSIDE ANOTHER SHIPPING BOX. Returns without the original shoebox and accessories will not be accepted. Returns using the shoebox as a shipping box will not be accepted also.
3. A return authorization number must accompany all returns and exchanges.
To return a product, you must contact Customer Service for a return authorization number. If a return authorization number is not obtained prior to returning the package, the return may not be accepted. during normal business hours of 8 am - 4 pm Pacific to obtain a return authorization number. Return authorization numbers will not be provided by email.
4. Defective products will be accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for exchange only.
We will accept a defective products within 30 days. After 30 days,the damage will usually be considered normal wear and tear associated with athletic shoes.
Return for Exchange
If you are returning for exchange, please call 1-866-339-7463 for your return authorization number and to order your exchange item. Ordering your exchange item will better ensure availability. We will refund your purchase price once we receive your return. If you choose not to order, you still must call to obtain a return authorization number. Once you have obtained this authorization, please complete the form by following the instructions located at the bottom of your receipt.
- Return Shipping Charges: Customer will be responsible for the any charge to ship the item back to us. If you believe an error was made in your order, please contact Customer Service.
- Items returned for exchange: If the desired item is out of stock, the return will be treated as a return for refund. nikeshoxsell.com will issue a refund less the cost of the original free shipping or six dollars, and we will notify you by email about your refund.
- Worn items: Used or worn items will not be accepted without a defective item return authorization. Please call if you believe your item to be defective. All returns and exchanges must be new and completely unworn.

- Items returned for refund: Items returned for refund that were sent with Free UPS Ground shipping will be refunded less the shipping cost, approximately $6.
- Worn items: Worn and used items will not be accepted without a defective item return authorization. Please call if you believe your item to be defective. Items received worn or damaged will not be eligible for refund.
- Returns must include the shoebox and all accessories: The original box and all accessories must be included or a charge may apply. The shoes, shoebox, and accessories MUST be packaged within a shipping box in order to return. Taped shoeboxes will not be eligible for a refund.
Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. Please allow as much as two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
We recommend using an insured parcel service such as UPS or UPS for all returns. You may use the tracking number they provide to track the status of your return.
